I have had the privilege of working for the University of Central Florida for almost two years. In my work as the program assistant for Adaptive and Inclusive Recreation, we are in the works of creating an adaptive athletics program for students. I have been involved with a variety of sports throughout my life, which gives me a unique background and understanding of what adaptive student-athletes are looking for. I was a three-time gold Florida State Track Champion my senior year in high school, and I have played with the Orlando Magic Wheels Wheelchair Basketball Team which is involved with the UCF Adaptive and Inclusive Recreation Expo every year.
